An operating mind, a business mind and an entrepreneurial mind, collaborating with AI.
I started my career at Qualcomm and spent seven years watching it grow from 2,500 to 30,000 people. I left to start my own software company, founded the consulting practice that is now TricAI.ai, and built Brighter Futures for Beautiful Minds, an education technology company, as founder and CEO.
For the past three years I've been in leadership at Neoclease, first as Chief of Staff to the CEO and now as COO. My work there is translation: sitting across science, computation and business to document, explain and drive decisions on both scientific hypotheses and company goals. I build the agentic programs and analysis tools myself, and I lead the federal proposals that fund the science.
My education includes an MA in psychology from California State University San Marcos, where my thesis examined the factors that motivate charitable giving, and an MS in Artificial Intelligence in Business from Arizona State University, class of 2026. Twenty years of nonprofit work through my family foundation, with my closest tie to the Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center at UCSD, shapes how I think about mission-driven organizations.
